This is just a general idea of some of the different topics that can be discussed during a consultation session. Each couple is different and will require different areas of help. The consultation can be designed around what you need help with the most. This service usually starts with an initial phone interview, so that I can have all the information you need ready before you arrive.
We offer day of co-ordination as well as full wedding planning. When do you do the set up?
If possible we like to do the set up the day before the event, if this is not possible we will start set up at least 5 hours prior the event start time.
When do you do the tear down?
We do same night tear down, our team usually arrives and starts at around 12:30 am.
What if I want a later tear down?
If you would us to start tear down later than 12:30am, there would be an additional $100.00 charge.
Can you do next day tear down?
Yes, but it must be pre-arranged prior the event. There is no additonal charge for next day tear down.
What are your prices?
We have standard decor packages which start at $1000.00.
What if your packages don't have what I am looking for?
We are always able to create a custom package for you that will include everything that you want. All of that is discussed in your free consultation.
When is the inital payment due?
We require a 50% non refundable inital payment to reserve your date. The remainder of your payment is due 1 week prior the event date.
What if I want to cancel my decor package?
Unfortunately the 50% initial payment is non-refundable. Should you decide to cancel your decor package with us we do require written notice at least 90 day prior the event date.
How far in advance should I reserve my date?
We always advise our clients to book as far in advance as possible, this will guarantee that all decor items required are available for the event.
Can you accommodate last minute bookings?
We will always try to accommodate any last minute bookings.
